Happy Solar Crew founder Ryan Aguilar is a long time San Clemente resident, born and raised in California, with a passion for helping people. He is happily married to the love of his life, Stephanie, and has two children. Ryan and Stephanie share a philosophy to wake up each day and consider what they can do to make their community a better place to live.
This husband and wife team, along with their children, have dedicated countless hours to community volunteer work. Together, with other members of the community, they started a successful and thriving non profit, the San Clemente Skatepark Coalition in which they advocated for the skateboarding community and helped raise $50,000 to put lights in the city skatepark.
Ryan is a surfer and very interested in water safety. He holds a Senior Instructor certification, for Deep End Fitness, teaching water-based fitness, safety, and breath techniques to children, and adults, as well as amateur and professional athletes. This specialized certification allows Ryan to work with professional athletes, kids, and individuals with special needs.
As a family, the Aguilar's have also volunteered with non profit, The Friends of San Clemente Foundation, for which Stephanie was a board member and Secretary, for nearly a decade.
Additionally, Ryan currently also owns and operates Happy Hauling Crew, a junk removal and hauling business. He has many professional accomplishments and holds multiple current licenses and certifications. Ryan is a licensed Real Estate Agent for 13 years, licensed Loan Officer for almost 20 years, licensed Home Improvement Sales Person, and Solar Energy Specialist.
With over 20 years in the loan industry, working at every level, Ryan decided he wanted to branch out from the stressful corporate world to do something a little different. Ryan loves this big change and appreciates serving his community and improving the lives of others by clearing clutter with his hauling business, helping people save money on their energy bills with solar. He also continues to provide loan and real estate consulting/services. Give him a call!

Ryan and Stephanie homeschool their two children who have many passionate hobbies. Their son is an avid surfer, enjoys reading books, playing music and talking sports. Their daughter loves to bake, do anything crafty, and you might catch her at local open mic’s singing with her ukulele, guitar or piano. In their free time you will most often find the whole family at the beach surfing, playing music together, and spending time as a 4-pack. The Aguilar’s also can be found hanging out with their many rescue pets which include 3 dogs, a bunny, and chickens!
